SILENT RETREAT DAY Sunday, May 4, 9-4pm join us for a restorative day of meditation, mindful movement and quiet space.
PAINT CLUB is back on Friday, May 2, 7-9pm & Saturday May 3, 1-3pm. Kim and Aliki, 2 local professional artists, will walk you through the making of a painting, step by step. They provide the canvas, easel, paint and good cheer (+tea/coffee and sweet treats) while you create.
