SILENT RETREAT DAY Sunday, March 30, 9-4pm join us for a restorative day of meditation, mindful movement and quiet space.
PAINT CLUB is coming Friday, January 31, 7-9pm & Saturday Feb 1, 1-3pm. Kim and Aliki, 2 local professional artists, will walk you through the making of a painting, step by step. They provide the canvas, easel, paint and good cheer (+tea/coffee and sweet treats) while you create.
